FTC To Convene Panel On Anti-Competition Theory

Law360, New York (February 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission will bring together a panel of legal and economic experts to discuss unilateral effects theories, how they apply to mergers of firms selling competing but differentiated products and the varying judicial perspectives on such theories.
