6th Circ. Affirms Manufacturing Co.'s Win In FMLA Feud

Law360, Los Angeles (August 7, 2013, 4:37 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit decided Wednesday that a former Dana Light Axle Manufacturing LLC assembly worker suffering from a hernia wasn't entitled to protection under the Family and Medical Leave Act because he didn't comply with the company's own policy governing leave.
