10th Circ. Affirms Fla. Atty's Discipline In Colo. Court

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit ruled Wednesday that a suspension a Colorado federal court issued against a Florida attorney after he was disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court must stand because the Colorado court fully examined the Florida proceedings to ensure they were fair.
