Key Energy Fires Back At Ex-Manager's Noncompete Suit

Law360, Houston (August 7, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- Key Energy Services LLC on Monday hit a former employee with a suit in Texas state court, alleging he is pursuing an improperly filed lawsuit in an effort to circumvent noncompetition and confidentiality provisions of a $300 million merger agreement.
