FDA Ordered To Turn Over Docs In Truvada FOIA Suit

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to cough up documents related to the supplemental approval of Gilead Sciences Inc.'s drug Truvada as a HIV preventative treatment, ruling the agency had not justified its refusal to release the information.
