NJ Enviro Orgs Can't Intervene In $3.9B PSE&G Proposal

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 10:20 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities denied intervenor status last week to two state environmental groups, limiting their participation in proceedings over a $3.9 billion Public Service Energy & Gas proposal to reinforce its grid, though the groups say they will appeal.
