Law360, Philadelphia (August 7, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Tuesday shot down a bid by Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium to ax a claim for punitive damages from a pending lawsuit filed by the family of a 2-year-old boy who was killed after falling into a pen of wild dogs at the zoo in November.
