Ex-Baker & McKenzie Atty Gets 2 Years For $55M Fraud

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 5:52 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday sentenced a former Baker & McKenzie LLP securities partner to two years in prison for taking part in a $55 million stock-fraud deal and skimming $1.6 million from a client’s escrow account, rejecting his bid for probation.
