Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 12:30 PM EDT) -- At common law, restrictive covenants have been notoriously difficult to draft and enforce in Georgia. However, May 2013 marked the two-year anniversary of the effective date of Georgia’s restrictive covenant statute, O.C.G.A. §§ 13-8-50 to -59, legislation aimed at abating those difficulties.
