4th Circ. Says Fed. Court Needn't Hear Exxon MTBE Suit

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Wednesday rejected ExxonMobil Oil Corp.’s challenge to a federal court's decision to abstain from jurisdiction over a removed suit in favor of a parallel state court action in a long-running dispute over the alleged contamination of a Maryland neighborhood.
