Fed. Circ. Orders Injunction In Fracking Co. Secrets Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 7, 2013, 9:26 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reversed a lower court’s decision not to grant a preliminary injunction to keep former employees of Core Laboratories LP who later formed competitor Spectrum Tracer Services LLC from using Core’s trade secret and proprietary information.
