Law360, Los Angeles (August 7, 2013, 9:58 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Wednesday denied Apple Inc.'s bid to disqualify Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP from representing FlatWorld Interactives LLC in the companies' patent dispute, finding no evidence showed that an outside attorney who worked for the firm had confidential Apple information.
