EEOC Sent Mass Email To Solicit Age Bias Plaintiffs, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Case New Holland Inc. has sued the U.S. Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission for allegedly sending out emails to more than 1,000 of its employees' business accounts in an effort to drum up potential plaintiffs in a class action against the company.
