FCC OKs Looser Rules On 60-GHz Wireless Spectrum

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Friday approved a change to its rules loosening its controls on the use of a portion of the so-called millimeter wave spectrum, opening up the potential for improved 4G mobile broadband networks and increased use of “WiGig” wireless networking.
