Dollar Tree, Family Dollar Accused Of Undercutting Grocer

Law360, Philadelphia (August 9, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia grocery store sued Dollar Tree Stores Inc. and Family Dollar Stores Inc. in state court Tuesday, accusing both companies of undermining its lease rights at a shopping center in the city by selling and underpricing food products at stores in the same center.
