CIA Can't Shake Kofax Software License Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 3:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday declined to toss Kofax Inc.'s copyright infringement and breach of contract suit against the Central Intelligence Agency, finding that the terms of the licensing agreements for use of the company's software were too ambiguous.
