Consumer Group Leaks Bloomberg Bid To Curb E-Cigs in NYC

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 9:29 PM EDT) -- A consumer group said Friday that New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is targeting electronic cigarettes as part of what it called his legislative efforts to marginalize tobacco, which already include a proposed retail display ban and a bid to the raise legal age to buy cigarettes and like products from 18 to 21 years.
