LNG Exporter Hit With Breach Of Contract Suit Over Gas Deal

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Maritime finance advising firm Marsoft Inc. launched a breach of contract suit in Texas federal court Friday alleging United LNG LP lied to Marsoft about funding it purportedly secured for a floating liquefied natural gas joint venture to get Marsoft to bankroll the project.
