Four Seasons Hit With $5M Race, Pregnancy Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 1:29 PM EDT) -- An employee at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C., sued the hotel for $5 million on Monday, alleging stress stemming from work-related discrimination created medical problems during her pregnancy that ultimately resulted in the loss of her unborn child.
