Kraft Dodges $600M Email Spam Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 9:38 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Friday nixed a $600 million suit against Kraft Foods Group Inc. over hundreds of thousands of spam emails the grocery manufacturing company allegedly sent, ruling the Internet services company that filed suit didn't have standing.
