Yellowbook Gets $1M From Advertiser Over Unpaid Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (August 13, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday ruled that a locksmith business must pay Yellowbook Inc. nearly $1 million in damages stemming from unpaid invoices for advertising services.

U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno awarded summary judgment to Yellowbook, finding that defendant Always In Service Inc. and its principals showed no evidence that they were not bound by 86 separate written contracts.
