Icahn Adds Meeting Claim, Now Ripe, As Dell Hearing Looms

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Carl Icahn on Tuesday added one more to his litany of claims against the Dell Inc. board, tacking on an alleged violation of the Delaware law requiring companies to hold their annual meetings no more than 13 months apart.
