Limestone Co. Sues To Block $300M Gas Pipeline On Its Land

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 10:10 PM EDT) -- A limestone extraction company filed suit in Pennsylvania federal court Monday to block the construction of a $300 million natural gas pipeline through its land, which it said would destroy mineral deposits worth millions.

Essroc Cement Corp. of Bessemer, Pa., filed a suit requesting injunctive relief and declaratory judgment against NiSource Corporate Services Co. and Hilcorp Energy Co.
