GMOs In Mission Chips Not 'Natural,' Fla. Consumer Says

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A Florida woman launched a proposed class action against Mission-brand tortilla chip maker Gruma Corp. in Florida federal court Monday over the product’s “all natural” claims, as the courts await a ruling from government regulators on whether the label can apply to genetically modified foods.
