NJ Enviro Groups Lobby To Intervene In $4B PSE&G Proposal

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- Two New Jersey environmental groups Monday appealed a Board of Public Utilities decision denying them intervenor status in proceedings over a $3.9 billion Public Service Energy & Gas proposal to harden its grid, saying the board set an unreasonable standard for granting the status.
