Nvidia, Sony Awarded $2M In Attys' Fees In Patent Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Monday awarded more than $2 million in attorneys' fees and court costs to Nvidia Corp. and Sony Corp. after determining Biax Corp.'s patent infringement case against the two companies over computer graphics chips was prolonged in bad faith.
