Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the American West Development Inc. bankruptcy on Monday lodged an adversary proceeding in Nevada federal court, seeking an order revoking approval of its Chapter 11 reorganization plan in light of its president’s allegedly undisclosed relationship with the ex-claims representative and his counsel.
