BP Wants Halliburton's Plea Deal In Deepwater MDL Record

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 2:26 PM EDT) -- BP PLC on Tuesday urged a Louisiana federal judge presiding over multidistrict litigation on the Deepwater Horizon disaster to factor in Halliburton Energy Services Inc.’s pending guilty plea to the deletion of computer simulations when he decides how to apportion fault for the explosion that killed 11 rig workers.
