Michael Dell Shouldering Buyout's $190M Dividend Alone

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Michael Dell alone, with no help from Silver Lake Partners, is shouldering the cost of a special 13-cent dividend added to their $25 billion buyout offer for Dell Inc., according to new documents Wednesday that paint a picture of a committed CEO and a wavering co-investor.
