FDA Knew Compounder Had Unsterile Practices: Watchdog

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 6:47 PM EDT) -- A government watchdog asked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday to halt operations at Specialty Compounding LLC after at least 15 patients were sickened by one of the Texas compounding pharmacy’s products, saying the government had known of problems at the company.
