Case Against Winston & Strawn Back On Track

Law360, New York (February 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appellate court has reinstated a case against law firm Winston & Strawn LLP, which allegedly betrayed a client by representing a rival company that muscled the client out of an El Salvador power plant construction contract.
