Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 2:30 PM EDT) -- Convicted former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. director Rajat Gupta is launching a fight in the Second Circuit over his $13.9 million civil penalty for illegally leaking corporate secrets, an appeal that comes nearly one month after the Securities and Exchange Commission's victory against him.
