Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Activist investor Nelson Peltz revealed late on Wednesday that he spent nearly $340 million to add a 0.6 percent stake in DuPont Co., the chemicals and industrial materials giant that is exploring options for one of a prized multibillion-dollar unit.
