Law360, Philadelphia (August 15, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday vacated a decision slashing claims that the former chief financial officer of the Philadelphia Convention Center brought against the center after her firing, concluding that the trial judge should have recused herself because of her relationship with the facility.
