Highland Capital Claims Ex-Adviser Planned To Steal Clients

Law360, Dallas (August 15, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- Highland Capital Management LP on Monday launched a suit in Texas state court against a former executive at a financial advising firm it acquired, alleging he fed confidential information to a former Highland exec locked in a bitter fight with the firm, with the aim to poach clients.
