Pa. Supreme Court Will Hear Philly Senior Housing Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (August 16, 2013, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed Thursday to consider whether a lower court misapplied applicable standards of law when it upended a Philadelphia zoning board ruling in September that granted a variance for a project aimed at converting a former Catholic school in the city into a senior housing complex.
