German PE Firm Renews Bid For $780M Claim Against AT&T

Law360, Dallas (August 16, 2013, 10:09 PM EDT) -- A German private equity firm on Thursday asked a Texas appeals court to reconsider a ruling that found it’s not entitled to about $780 million it says AT&T Inc. owes it for research on the failed acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc., arguing a panel decision wrongly applied crucial precedent.
