Texas Oil Regulator Pushed Engineer To OK Wells, Suit Says

Law360, Dallas (August 16, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A former engineer for the Texas Railroad Commission alleged in a state court whistleblower suit filed Wednesday he was pressured to sign off on oil and gas wells that didn’t meet state regulatory standards and that he was fired after he complained about the practice.
