Union Urges High Court To Bless Neutrality Agreements

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A Unite Here local urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday to overturn an Eleventh Circuit decision deeming a dog track owner's agreement to remain neutral on unionization efforts unlawful, saying that allowing it to stand would destabilize important areas of federal labor law.
