Ill. Bans E-Cigarette Use Among Teenagers

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The governor of Illinois signed legislation on Thursday that prohibits people under the age of 18 from using electronic cigarettes, a month after Rhode Island's governor vetoed a similar bill over concerns it would treat e-cigarettes more leniently than tobacco products.
