Hill Wallack Accused Of Forcing Client Into Bad Settlement

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 9:48 PM EDT) -- New Jersey law firm Hill Wallack LLP has been hit with a legal malpractice suit brought by a former client who says he was forced to accept a low-ball settlement from an ex-business partner, then couldn’t collect it after the defendant filed for bankruptcy.
