Pa. Court Says Harleysville Must Pay $3.6M In Loan Tiff

Law360, Philadelphia (August 16, 2013, 9:02 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Friday upheld a jury verdict obligating Harleysville National Bank and Trust Co. to pay $3.6 million to a Pennsylvania real estate development partnership in a dispute over a $12 million commercial real estate loan.
