Law360, New York (August 17, 2013, 12:24 AM EDT) -- A Delaware judge on Friday rejected Carl Icahn’s effort to block Dell’s $25 billion leveraged buyout. The ruling likely spells an end to the billionaire's campaign against the deal, and paves the way for a shareholder vote in September.
