Pepperidge Wants GMO Suit Paused As FDA Mulls Labeling

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 4:07 PM EDT) -- Pepperidge Farm Inc. asked a Colorado federal judge Friday to halt a class action accusing it of misleading consumers by marketing its cheddar Goldfish crackers as “natural” despite the use of genetically modified ingredients, saying government regulators are currently weighing the issue.
