Google Ordered To Pay Vringo Royalties On Search Ad Patent

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Wednesday that Vringo Inc. is entitled to ongoing royalties from Google Inc. and other companies that were found last year to infringe its search engine advertisement patents, but said further proceedings are needed to determine the amount.
