Nail Importer Can Fight Tariff In Court, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit said Monday that an importer of Chinese nails could legally challenge an anti-dumping duty from the U.S. Department of Commerce, overturning a ruling that the company had not exhausted its administrative remedies before heading to court and saying it would've been fruitless for it to continue appealing to the agency.
