Philly Building Collapse Suits Stayed Amid Criminal Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (August 19, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Friday stayed the 11 pending civil cases concerning the June collapse of a Philadelphia building in which six people were killed, after the demolition general contractor implicated in the tragedy asked to halt the proceedings until potential criminal charges are resolved.
