US Urges Fed. Circ. To Uphold CIT Decision On Wind Towers

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 3:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Friday pushed the Federal Circuit to allow for refunds of import duties collected during its anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations of wind tower imports from China and Vietnam, arguing that a legal challenge from U.S. producers was on shaky ground.
