Houston Injury Attorney Says Law Firm Stole His Clients

Law360, Houston (August 20, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Reaud Morgan & Quinn LLP was sued in Texas state court Monday by a Houston lawyer who says his automobile accident clients who had claims worth up to $7 million were convinced to renege on their attorney-client contracts to sign with the personal injury firm.

Randolph Michael Nacol II says that Reaud Morgan knew he had valid contractual relationships with “at least” nine clients the firm allegedly poached, which resulted in the collapse of his law practice and drove him deep into debt.
