Calif. Gov. Says Judge's Ruling Won't Derail $68B Bullet Train

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 7:51 PM EDT) -- California Gov. Jerry Brown said Monday that work on a $68 billion high-speed rail system won’t be stopped despite a judge’s ruling that the state has failed to fund the project and complete environmental analyses in line with requirements approved by voters.
